Rental of the facility includes use of the pavilion area with 11 picnic tables and two large grills. Playground equipment, park space, basketball courts, tennis courts, and restrooms are open to the public.

There is a $100 refundable deposit. Rental fees are $40/hour for Farmers Branch residents and businesses and $50/hour for non-residents. Four-hour minimum applies.
