Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. the Farmers Branch Market will host “Yappy Hour” as the last market of the season. This free family-friendly evening is held in The Grove at Mustang Crossing in Farmers Branch. Aside from the 40 market vendors offering fresh produce and artisan foods, there will also be specialty dog vendors on-site.
Dogs on a leash are welcome to attend with their owners. The first 25 dogs to arrive at Yappy Hour are eligible for complimentary micro-chipping provided by Farmers Branch Adoption Center. This is also a wonderful opportunity to browse a few adoptable dogs seeking to find their forever homes. Regular adoption fees apply but include heartworm testing, sterilization, microchip, rabies and selected vaccinations, and a free veterinarian exam.
Corn-hole and ladder golf are just two of the usual games known to Farmers Branch Market Twilight Hour events. Children will also be able to jump around in a bounce house, play tether ball, and climb their way to the top of mulch piles.
